My Story
I did not plan to go into career coaching…I found it by accident!
What started as a graduate school internship quickly turned into something more meaningful. At first I had my doubts: “Job searching is boring” or, “Reviewing resumes all day is what I’ll be doing” and sure parts of that can be true but what I discovered was something deeper.
I learned early that this work is about the people, potential and the possibility. It’s about helping someone see a path forward before they can see it themselves.
What Drives Me
At the core of everything I do you can find compassion, empathy and offering support.
I also believe that talent is everywhere but opportunity is not. It’s on all of us, me included, to help bridge the gap.
Whether I am coaching a student, partnering with an employer or building a new program, the goal is always the same:

The Why?
I am very passionate about helping others and many individuals throughout my life have gravitated to me for guidance and mentorship. Also, life’s too short to do work we don’t enjoy! I always say, we feel most fulfillment when our interests align with our career and the work we do.
